Our Fees
Registration Fee
750€ plus VAT, refundable in the event of a successful purchase.
Fee includes - establishing a detailed brief from client for the property search; undertaking a detailed property search forwarding details etc; refining search and producing shortlist for viewing with client; where required previewing shortlisted properties on behalf of client; accompanied viewings of shortlisted properties with client; negotiating on behalf of client with vendors or vendors representatives; assist client, if required, with appointment of appropriate professional team / advisors to include Lawyers, Surveyors, Financial Advisors etc and liaising with the same; Attending Notary signing with client and client's legal representative.
Also included in the fee is time required to view areas / regions / towns if familiarisation is required prior commencing a detailed property search.
The fee covers a period of 6 months. At the end of that period if an appropriate property purchase has not taken place and the client wishes to continue the search a further registration fee is payable.
Additional services such as aerial viewing trips can be arranged as can private flights to and from Mallorca. Please enquire for further details.
Purchase Fee
- Purchase price under 2,000,000€ - fee 2% of purchase price
- Purchase price between 2,000,000€ and 5,000,000€ - fee 1.75%
- Purchase price over 5,000,000€ - fee 1.50%
Subject to a minimum fee of 10,000€
